Moringa Oleifera

Cambodia is a country of two seasons, wet and dry. The rainy season can be extremely wet, but the dry season is equally as dry. It is a challenge for agriculture, but one of the plants that we are suggesting to the local farmers through their pastors is called the miracle tree, Moringa oleifera. Edible by either humans or animals, it grows quickly and is a real powerhouse of nutrients, it has a potential to be used for many purposes and be a profitable alternative crop to growing rice.
